BBC Drama Faces
Bruceebaby received an email from the BBC relating to our calls for Jonas to have a page of his own.....
"We
have recieved many e-mails on this matter and will be working towards
giving Jonas Armstong a page on Drama Faces in the next few months. I
hope you understand that we are doing all we can to resolve this
matter."
Break open the bubbly Angels...we got them to listen to us for once!

Filming of Series - Directors said to already be in Budapest.
Richard Armitage has
said recently that
he won't be in Budapest until end of June. This all does seem to
indicate that Series 3 will air in 2009. Once again we can't be
definite about that. We're making that prediction based on how long it
normally takes to film and allowing for any delays. Wouldn't it be
wonderful if they could arrange it so that series 3 was shown all
around the world at the same time. Fans from across the globe have
bonded over this series and they hate having to watch it at different
times of the year. If we have to wait until 2009 then please let some
good come out of it. And if it's shown in the UK at Christmas please
let them remember that kids are watching before they give us any more
surprises!
Update: Keith Allen was spotted in Cannes this week 19th May.

Q&A with Clive Barker Fangoria Convention - posted May 5th 2008
original source - many thanks to JAF Super Sleuth Springtime
Questions by Tony Timphone, Editor, Fangoria Magazine
TT:
“Now this is one of several of your Books of Blood stories on the
way to the Silver Screen. John Harrison, director of TALES FROM THE
DARKSIDE: THE MOVIE and DUNE has just written and filmed a version of
the first story, BOOK OF BLOOD,
into a movie, combined with another Books of Blood story. Tell us a
little bit about that project, which, not much word has gotten out
about the film, except at Fangoria.com.”
Clive Barker:
"...We’ve got BOOKS OF BLOOD, or THE BOOK OF BLOOD, because
actually, as you’ve said John Harrison is taking the first story
from the Books of Blood, and the last from that series, and made a
single movie, which is very cool, starring Jonas Armstrong
who plays Robin Hood, in the… you’ve probably seen all the
huge billboards around town, he plays the [fake medium?] in the story
and he’s superb. So, that is being edited now."
[When Springtime brought this to us it had us jumping up and down for
joy. When Clive Barker uses the word superb it's a compliment of the
highest order. We salute you Clive. The Angels & Autos love you!]
