eb11sb very kindly contacted Robin Hood cast members, past and present, requesting autographs to help us raise money for Brian House & CASCADES





Gordon *Big Bear* Kennedy [Little John] - needs no introduction :-)

Kelly Adams [Eve]  - played the Sheriffs spy and love interest for Much in episode 9 of Robin Hood series 1. 

Mathew Horne - played the Fool in episode 9 of  Robin Hood series 2

You are invited to place your bid from 6pm  BST Tuesday 27th May 2008 until 6pm BST Tuesday 10th June 2008.

Only Bids above £5 will be acceptable.

Terms and Conditions of Robin Hood Cast Autographs Auction in aid of Brian House Hospice and Cascades.

  1. This auction is open to everyone except for the Admins of Jonasarmstrong net, Jonas Armstrong.com, Jonas Armstrong.biz, jonasarmstrongfansite.com and their families and the Adjudicator and her family.
  2. This auction will commence on Tuesday 27th May 2008 at 6pm  British Summer Time (BST) and end on Tuesday 10th June 2008 at 6pm BST. Any bids received outside of the auction period will be disregarded.
  3. Bids can be made by emailing rhcastautographsauction@jonasarmstrong.net. The bid should include the name and address of the bidder and their bid.
  4. All bids should be made in Great British Pounds (sterling) only. Only bids above £5 (sterling) will be acceptable.
  5. Individuals may place more than one bid but each bid should be in a separate email and comply with these terms and conditions
  6. The highest bid at the end of the auction will win. In the event of tied highest bids the Adjudicator will invite the said tied highest bidders to lodge a further sealed bid within a timeframe and manner that the Adjudicator shall specify and the highest bid will win. This process will be repeated until an outright winner is achieved. In the event this procedure is invoked the eventual declared winner will be bound by these terms and conditions in the same manner as if they had been the outright winner at the close of the auction period.
  7. The winner will be notified within 48 hours of the close of the auction by email.
  8. Payment by the winning bidder must be made within 5 working days of notification directly to http://www.justgiving.com/jonasarmstrongfansite.
  9. In the event that payment is not received then the next highest bidder will win and the same terms shall apply
  10. All the proceeds from the winning bid will go to Brian House Hospice and Cascades. The winner will be required, following payment of the bid, in addition to pay the cost of posting the prize by registered first class post or international registered post as the case may be.
  11. The email account will only be accessible by the Adjudicator who will access the email account at the close of the auction and will examine the bids and notify the Admins of the winner.
  12. A copy of the bids can be obtained on written request to the Admins after the close of the auction and after the winner has been notified.
  13. In placing a bid the winner consents to their name and bid being published on the website and in any other manner as the Admins of the websites deem appropriate.
  14. In placing a bid you accept that details of your bid including your name and address may be revealed in the circumstances specified in 12 and 13 above.
  15. People placing bids agree that they are doing so in good faith and agree that they will not sell on the prize for profit.
  16. The Adjudicator reserves the right to disqualify bids in the event they do not comply with the terms and conditions or are else deemed by the Adjudicator acting reasonably to be tainted so as to undermine or prejudice the fairness or integrity of the auction. The Adjudicator’s decision will be final.
  17. Bidders under the age of 18 confirm that they do so with parental consent.
  18. In placing a bid you accept to adhere to and be bound by these terms and conditions.
